Terms and conditions of booking:

You are able to cancel or amend ( if possible) bookings up to one calendar month prior to your stay, without penalty
However payment in full is due one month before your stay and there is no refund possible for cancellation after that date, for whatever reason By completing and submitting a Booking Form you are agrreeing to these terms and conditions
